At DUM Studio, we aim to deliver your orders safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Flat Shipping Fee: ₹99

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹1,499

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for most pin codes.

  • An additional COD fee (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • DUM Studio reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations or orders.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS / Email / WhatsApp.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, please contact us at support@dumstudio.in.

  • DUM Studio is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners but will assist you in tracking and resolution.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may require re-shipping charges.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

  • Claims reported after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Multiple Shipments

  • In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.

  • You will receive individual tracking details for each shipment.
