Return Policy
At DUM Studio, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

Returns are applicable only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong product received.

Products purchased during sales or promotional offers are non-returnable (unless damaged).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Innerwear/accessories (if any)

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Products without original tags or packaging
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Email us at support@dumstudio.in within 3 days of delivery.

Share your Order ID, reason for return, and clear images/video of the issue.

Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.
Once approved:

We will arrange a pickup or provide a return shipping address.

Returned items will be inspected after delivery.
Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for size issues, subject to stock availability.

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Only one exchange per order is permitted.
Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

In case of defective or wrong products, return shipping will be borne by DUM Studio.
Important Notes

Colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen resolution.

DUM Studio reserves the right to approve or reject returns after inspection.
