Return Policy

At DUM Studio, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

  • Returns are applicable only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong product received.

  • Products purchased during sales or promotional offers are non-returnable (unless damaged).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Innerwear/accessories (if any)

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products without original tags or packaging

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@dumstudio.in within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Share your Order ID, reason for return, and clear images/video of the issue.

  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

Once approved:

  • We will arrange a pickup or provide a return shipping address.

  • Returned items will be inspected after delivery.

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • Only one exchange per order is permitted.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • In case of defective or wrong products, return shipping will be borne by DUM Studio.

Important Notes

  • Colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen resolution.

  • DUM Studio reserves the right to approve or reject returns after inspection.
